What TradeSpring does

TradeSpring builds, hosts and updates a website for your business from the accounts and photos you connect or give us. What we do with that information is in the privacy policy.

Your content

Your content is the photos, text, reviews and details you connect or give us. It stays yours. By connecting or giving it to us you confirm that:

• you hold the rights to it, or have the permission of whoever does, including anyone who appears in a photo where that matters;
• you consent to it being shown on your website.

We process it, including with AI, to build, host and update that website, as the privacy policy describes.

You can remove anything from your site, disconnect an account, or delete your account at any time. See the data deletion page.

Reporting content that infringes your rights

If something on a website we host infringes your rights, write to support@tradespring.app with:

• your name and contact details;
• the address of the page and a description of the content;
• what right you hold in it and why you say it is infringed;
• a statement that you are telling us this in good faith.

We review each notice, and remove content that infringes.

Your site's content: our role as your processor

Your website's content can include personal information about other people, such as customers and the people in your photos. For that content you are the controller and we are your processor. We:

• process it only to provide TradeSpring to you, on your instructions;
• keep it secure, and make sure the people and providers who handle it are bound to confidentiality;
• use the providers named in the privacy policy, and tell you if we add or replace one;
• help you answer requests from the people it is about;
• delete it when you delete your account.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we will say so on this page and email you if it matters to you.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. Nothing in them limits any right you have by law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
