Delete your data
You can delete your TradeSpring account, and with it the information we hold about you, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
- We offer a download of your photos and job details first.
- Type your business name to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you do.
This removes your website, photos, edited copies of photos, domain and connections. It cannot be undone.
To delete only what we took from Instagram, Facebook or Google, disconnect that account in the app. Disconnecting deletes it.
By email
If you do not have the app, write to privacy@tradespring.app from the address on your account, with your business name and the words "delete my data". We reply to confirm it is you, and again when it is done.
Look up your request
If you asked Facebook or Instagram to delete your TradeSpring data, they gave you a link to this page and a confirmation code. Open the link, or enter the code here, to see what we deleted.
